Strategic Plan Process & Acknowledgements
Our Organization’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats
In analyzing the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) for The Washington Center, market and socioeconomic trends as well as the changing demography, the new strategic direction for The Washington Center aims to create a better ecosystem, building solutions for higher education, employers, and the federal government, not just students—and all with access and inclusion top of mind.
We've updated our thinking through the strategic planning process to acknowledge that, to achieve our mission, we'll need to develop new and updated models for learners, education, and the workplace that reflect and address the challenges and opportunities of today and tomorrow.
15,000
