50 Years of Impact: Bridging Potential and Professional Success
In 2025, we marked our 50th anniversary by celebrating a legacy of transformation. TWC has remained a catalyst for career success, pioneering innovative workforce solutions that empower the next generation of leaders to navigate an increasingly complex global landscape.
To honor this golden anniversary, TWC hosted two signature events in Washington, D.C., bringing together the visionaries, partners, and alumni who defined our community.
- Future of Work Summit: We convened influential voices for an action-oriented dialogue on the evolving professional landscape. Discussions focused on the new age of AI, the importance of skills-based education for American competitiveness, and the innovations required to expand access to high-quality first jobs.
- 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner: The celebrations culminated in an elegant black-tie evening at the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Supporters and friends gathered to reflect on five decades of mission impact, featuring remarks from prominent staff, alumni, and partners.

TWC gave me professional relationships across government, media and lobbying, and a mentor who became a trusted advisor. Those connections didn't just open doors. They taught me how Washington actually works.
